Bagru Pink Pepper

Curios Weaves FabricSAF0440-06

Bagru Pink Pepper brings a warm, coral-pink ground with a tiny cream motif set in neat rows across the cloth. The overall effect is bright but softened, with a peppered, handcrafted feel rather than a flat solid.

About this fabric

This Sanderson Curios Weaves fabric has a substantial 460gsm weight and a tightly woven handle, which makes it well suited to upholstery. The 140 cm usable width gives good coverage, while the 17.5 cm vertical repeat and 7.5 cm horizontal repeat create a compact, ordered pattern across the surface. Visually, the colourway reads as a muted terracotta-pink with a warm, dusty undertone, lifted by the small ivory motif that sits clearly against the ground. The dense thread count of 62 threads per cm helps support the crisp, textured look seen in the swatch.

How to use it

Use it on an occasional chair, banquette or cushions where the pink pepper ground can add warmth without overwhelming a room. It pairs especially well with chalky neutrals, weathered oak and other soft earthy tones.

A lively small-scale print that brings warmth and easy character to everyday seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
