About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric from the Curios Weaves collection has a substantial 460gsm weight and a usable width of 140 cm, making it well suited to hard-working interior schemes. The design is set in a warm turmeric gold, with the motif reading in a soft cream that sits clearly against the ground rather than blending into it. At 17.5 cm vertical repeat and 7.5 cm horizontal repeat, the pattern forms a tight, regular grid that feels orderly but still handmade in character. With 62 threads per cm, the cloth appears closely woven and visually dense, which supports its upholstery-led use.

How to use it

Use this colourway on a statement chair, ottoman, or bench where its golden warmth can lift wood and neutral upholstery. It also works well in rooms with earthy paints, bringing a sunny but grounded note rather than a bright yellow flash.
