About this fabric

Each fox has pointed upright ears, a long body, a sweeping tail and a small black nose, with the saturated orange standing out strongly against the warm pale ground. Fine irregular white lines divide the rows and add a lightly hand-drawn quality to the flat graphic design. At 391 gsm and 31 threads per cm, this is a substantial fabric specification suited to upholstery. Its 47 cm vertical repeat and 66.5 cm horizontal repeat create a generous, clearly spaced layout that will remain prominent on a chair or sofa.

How to use it

Use the warm, energetic tangerine colourway on a reading chair, bench or occasional sofa, balancing it with linen, cream, natural wood and restrained black accents that echo the foxes’ noses. The horizontal arrangement works especially well on broad upholstered faces where the full row rhythm can be seen.

Use the lively tangerine fox repeat to bring playful character to upholstered seating against calm linen, cream or warm neutral surroundings.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
