Loxley Fabric

Loxley Marmalade is a vivid woven cloth with a lively checkerboard texture and a warm marmalade-orange tone. The colour reads bright and cheerful, with lighter yarns lifting the surface and giving it extra depth.

About this fabric

This Loxley fabric is composed of 38% Viscose, 38% Cotton, 18% Linen and 6% Polyester, giving the surface a natural-looking woven handle with a neat, structured finish. The semi-plain construction shows a small-scale basket-like texture, with orange yarns interlaced with paler threads so the shade feels sunlit rather than flat. With a Martindale rub test of 30,000 and upholstery grade suitable for Contract and General Domestic use, it is a practical choice for fixed seating. The 137cm width and BS5852 Part 1 Source 0 and 1 compliance make it straightforward to specify for everyday interiors. Dry clean care helps preserve the clarity of this bright, textured colourway.

How to use it

Use this marmalade orange on a compact armchair, banquette or occasional stool where you want colour and texture to do the talking. It pairs especially well with warm timber, cream walls and earthy neutrals that let the weave stay the focal point.

A lively orange weave that brings warmth and texture to hardworking seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
