About this fabric

This plain velvet has the rich, even pile you’d expect from a modern upholstery cloth, with a subtle directional sheen that catches the light across the surface. In Coral, the shade sits between pink and orange, bringing a warm, energetic feel without looking neon or overly saturated. The fabric is made from 60% Polyester, 28% Recycled Polyester, 8% Acrylic and 4% Viscose, and is rated to 100,000 Martindale for contract and general domestic use. It is suitable for curtains, loose cover upholstery and fixed upholstery, with a 137cm width and a plain pattern repeat. Care includes dry clean or a delicate 30°C wash, with stain resistance noted, plus no ironing or tumble drying.

How to use it

Use this coral velvet to add warmth to a neutral scheme, especially against pale plaster, stone or soft grey walls. It brings a bright, inviting lift to cushions, an accent chair or full-length curtains.
