About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester and designed for drapes only, this Ashley Wilde fabric has a dry, textured finish that gives the pattern a gentle, weathered feel. The cantaloupe ground sits between peach and apricot, with white and pale blush highlights breaking up the surface for a softly dappled effect. At 140cm wide with a 24cm vertical and horizontal repeat, it offers a balanced large-scale rhythm without feeling overpowering. The substantial 357 grams per linear metre weight and 255 grams per square metre body help it hang neatly while keeping the colour looking calm and muted rather than bright.

How to use it

Use this warm peach tone for full-length curtains in light-filled rooms, where the soft contrast in the weave will glow against painted woodwork or pale plaster. It works especially well with sandy neutrals, soft oak and muted greens.

A warm peach-toned weave that softens beautifully in filtered light.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Poplar Cantaloupe without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
