About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester and supplied as a drapes-only fabric, Romer Duckegg has a light, crisp handle that suits tailored window treatments. The design shows a small-scale damask with a 24cm vertical and horizontal repeat, creating a neat all-over rhythm rather than a bold statement motif. Its pale blue colouring is muted and low-key, with a slightly greyed softness that helps the pattern sit calmly on the cloth. At 140cm wide and 336 grams per linear metre, it offers a substantial drape fabric that still looks refined and controlled. With no rub test noted and a country of origin of India, it is presented here as a decorative curtain fabric rather than an upholstery cloth.

How to use it

Use Romer Duckegg for relaxed curtains, Roman blinds, or layered drapes where its cool blue-grey note can bring freshness to a room. It pairs especially well with white paintwork, pale timber, and warm neutral upholstery.

A cool duckegg tone that feels fresh and refined at the window.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
