About this fabric

Part of Ashley Wilde’s Essential Weaves Vol 2 collection, Moreton Indigo is a 100% polyester fabric made for drapes only. The cloth has a compact geometric/abstract pattern with a 2 cm vertical and horizontal repeat, giving it a tight, orderly rhythm across the surface. At 330 gsm and 140 cm wide, it has enough body to hang with substance while still showing the fine woven detail visible in the swatch. The blue is a dark, slate-leaning indigo rather than a bright navy, so it feels tailored and understated. With no rub test noted, it is best specified as a decorative window fabric rather than an upholstery textile.

How to use it

This indigo colourway works well in schemes with pale timber, chalky neutrals or brushed metal, where its cool depth can anchor the room. It is especially strong for full-length curtains or Roman blinds that benefit from a subtle graphic texture.
