Oakham Fabrics FabricSCF0144-02

Split Pea Print Pine pairs a soft cream ground with closely spaced, muted pine-green waves running vertically across the cloth. Tiny dotted motifs sit within the winding stripes, giving the pattern a finely detailed, graphic character.

About this fabric

The 252gsm fabric has a versatile mid-weight presence, making it suitable for both drapery and lighter upholstery applications. Its 139 cm usable width is arranged with a 29.5 cm vertical repeat and a 17.5 cm horizontal repeat, so the narrow stripe rhythm remains clearly directional when cut. The pine green is subdued and leafy rather than bright, creating a cool, composed contrast against the warm cream background. With 38 threads per cm, the swatch presents a neat, closely made textile surface.

How to use it

Use this colourway to bring a quiet botanical freshness to cream, oak and natural-woven interiors. Its vertical pine-green movement would work especially well on relaxed curtains or a reading-chair cushion, where the small repeat can be appreciated up close.

A fresh cream-and-pine stripe that brings gentle rhythm to curtains, blinds, cushions or occasional upholstery.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Split Pea Print Pine without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
