Alonso FabricCCF0397-12

Nola Oyster is a pale oyster-cream fabric with a quiet, clouded surface. Fine grey-beige flecks and broken vertical traces drift across its light ground, creating gentle depth without a defined motif.

About this fabric

Viewed closely, the light ground is interrupted by delicate grey-beige speckling and faint, irregular vertical marks rather than a formal pattern. This restrained tonal variation gives the oyster shade a softly weathered, tactile character while keeping the overall impression airy and low-contrast. At 304 gsm, it is a versatile mid-weight textile suited to both upholstery and drapery. The 140 cm usable width and 30 m standard length provide practical coverage, while the 0 cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeats mean there is no motif matching to manage.

How to use it

Use Nola Oyster where a room needs a pale, warm-neutral surface with more depth than a plain cream, such as relaxed upholstery or softly diffused curtains. Its low-contrast mottling works especially well alongside natural timber, chalky painted finishes and other quiet neutrals.

A pale oyster ground with fine mottling and softly weathered depth, suitable for upholstery or drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
