Nerium Linen

Country Garden FabricCCF0295-01

Nerium Linen pairs a pale natural-flax ground with scattered meadow flowers, slender stems and fragments of handwritten botanical text. Its softly mottled surface gives the colourway a quiet, gently weathered character.

About this fabric

The background reads as a light linen beige, with fine woven texture visible beneath small flowers and sprigs in leaf green, dusty pink, lavender, blue, yellow, burgundy and brown. The botanical drawings are arranged as separate specimens rather than a continuous bouquet, with handwritten script adding an archival herbarium feel between the motifs. A 47.3 cm vertical repeat and 68.5 cm horizontal repeat give the pattern a medium, conversational scale across the 137 cm usable width. At 222 gsm, this is a versatile mid-weight fabric for both upholstery and drapery applications.

How to use it

Use Nerium Linen to soften a relaxed bedroom, reading corner or country-style sitting room, where its pale flax tone can sit comfortably with chalky greens, faded blues and warm timber. The varied flower colours also make it useful for picking out small accent cushions or painted furniture details.

A softly textured flax-toned ground scattered with delicate meadow flowers and handwritten botanical notes.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Nerium Linen without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
