About this fabric

This 288gsm velvet has a deep slate-charcoal tone that gives the colourway a cool, grounded depth, while the floral detail brings in ivory, soft blush, saturated red and small ochre accents. The large and small blossoms overlap with blue-green and olive-grey leaves, creating a full, painterly surface rather than a sparse repeat. Its usable width is 137 cm, with a pattern repeat of 47.5 cm vertically and 68.5 cm horizontally. The standard length is 40 m, making the design practical to plan across upholstered panels and wider furniture elements.

How to use it

Use Noir on a statement armchair, headboard or sofa where the dark slate ground can anchor a room. Pick up its ivory and blush flowers with lighter cushions, or echo the ochre details in warm metal and timber accents.
