About this fabric

Elmsdale Forest/Linen places finely drawn meadow stems and clustered blooms over a warm, pale linen-coloured ground. Forest green grasses and leaves give the design depth, while muted red flowers, dusty blue sprigs and small ochre blooms create a gently varied botanical surface. At 185 gsm, the cloth has a versatile mid-weight presence suited to both upholstery and drapery. Its 137 cm usable width and 35 cm vertical by 34.5 cm horizontal repeat provide practical scale information for planning cushions, curtains or larger upholstered pieces.

How to use it

Use this colourway to soften a traditional sitting room with upholstered chairs, bench cushions or relaxed curtains. The pale linen base keeps the arrangement light, while the forest green, muted red and blue accents can be echoed in plain linens and painted joinery.

A versatile linen-toned botanical for upholstered seating, curtains and cushions.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
