Kelso Espresso

Kelso Fabrics FabricCCF0440-13

Kelso Espresso has a warm, softly shaded taupe-brown appearance, with fine light and dark threads creating a gently mottled surface. The close crosswoven texture gives the plain colour quiet depth rather than a flat finish.

About this fabric

Woven at 310gsm, Kelso Espresso has the substance of a versatile mid-weight textile suitable for both upholstery and drapery. Its 137cm usable width makes it practical for a range of interior applications, while the 0cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeats allow the textured ground to be positioned freely. The espresso tone reads as a warm brown-grey taupe, with pale threads catching across the surface to soften its depth. Supplied in a standard 40m length, it is a useful choice where a calm, tactile neutral is required without introducing a visible motif.

How to use it

Use Kelso Espresso on a reading chair, headboard or loose cushions to bring warm brown-grey depth to a room, or pair it with unpatterned curtains for a softly layered scheme. Its subtle woven variation works especially well beside cream, aged timber and darker walnut tones.

A versatile mid-weight woven with a softly mottled espresso-taupe surface for upholstered seating, cushions or relaxed window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
