Kelso Chartreuse

Kelso Fabrics FabricCCF0440-07

Kelso Chartreuse is a softly mottled woven textile in a pale yellow-green shade, with oatmeal-beige threads lending the colour a mellow, softened character. Its fine crosshatch texture gives the surface quiet visual depth without a defined motif.

About this fabric

The close weave combines muted chartreuse and warm beige tones, creating a gentle yellow-green appearance rather than a bright lime finish. Fine horizontal and vertical slubs form a subtle grid across the surface, catching the light unevenly and emphasising its natural-looking texture. At 310 gsm, Kelso has the substance of a versatile mid-weight textile, with a 137 cm usable width. The supplied vertical and horizontal pattern repeats are both 0 cm, so there is no repeating motif to match, and the standard length is 40 m.

How to use it

Use this softened chartreuse as a warm, quietly distinctive upholstery or curtain colour alongside chalky neutrals, pale timber and natural woven accents. Its beige undertone helps it sit comfortably between yellow and green without overwhelming a room.

A softly textured mid-weight weave that brings muted chartreuse warmth to upholstery or drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
