Westleton Ochre

Land & Sea FabricCCF0324-02

Westleton Ochre pairs a warm, muted ochre ground with chalky cream drawings of birds, leaves, seed heads and stylised flowers. Its softly textured surface gives the colourway a tactile, sun-washed depth.

About this fabric

The ochre background reads as a gentle golden tan rather than a bright yellow, allowing the pale cream linework to remain clear without feeling stark. Birds sit among branching stems, rounded leaves, berries and floral forms, creating an intricate natural pattern with varied areas of visual density. At 224 gsm and 137 cm usable width, this mid-weight textile is suited to both upholstery and drapery. The pattern repeats every 40.5 cm vertically and 68.5 cm horizontally, with a standard length of 40 m.

How to use it

Use Westleton Ochre to warm a reading chair, upholstered bench or full-length curtains, especially alongside natural timber and softly textured neutral furnishings. The mellow golden tone works well where a room needs colour with an aged, calm feel rather than high saturation.

The muted ochre ground and chalky cream motif bring a warm, illustrated character to upholstery, blinds or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
