About this fabric

This Marika fabric arranges stylised ivory stems, leafy branches and fan-shaped sprays into a structured repeating botanical pattern. Its warm blush ground sits between pale pink and natural beige, creating a gentler, more tonal effect than a saturated pink colourway. The fine woven surface is visible beneath the printed-looking ivory motif, giving the 243 gsm cloth a tactile mid-weight character. It has a 138 cm usable width, a 40 m standard length and a 23 cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeat, making the alignment of the symmetrical motifs straightforward across upholstery or drapery.

How to use it

Use Freja Blush on a pair of occasional chairs, a headboard or full-length curtains where its soft pink-beige tone can warm a room without dominating it. Complement the ivory foliage with chalky neutrals, natural oak and understated brass.

Pair the warm blush ground with ivory, oat and light timber tones for a quietly polished scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
