About this fabric

This colourway has a delicate blush tone with a gentle warmth running through the pile, so it feels softer and more muted than a clear candy pink. As a velvet in 56% viscose and 44% cotton, it has the smooth, lightly lustrous handle expected of a luxurious furnishing cloth, with the nap giving a subtle change of shade as it catches the light. The repeat is vertical 0cm and horizontal 0cm approx, so the surface reads as an uninterrupted plain rather than a patterned design. At approximately 140cm wide, it is well suited to tailored upholstery where the quiet pink can add depth without looking overly sweet.

How to use it

Use Cosima Pink on a compact armchair, headboard or bench to bring a warm, powdery note into a scheme of ivory, putty and pale timber. It also works beautifully alongside brass, walnut and textured neutrals, where the soft sheen keeps the room feeling refined.
