About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, this Colefax and Fowler fabric has the crisp, natural handle you would expect from a linen cloth, with a repeat of V 67cm / H 66cm approx and an overall width of 133cm approx. The pattern reads as a branching botanical, drawn in fine brown stems with pendulous flowerheads, small blossoms and scattered buds. In this colourway, the tomato pink and green details sit against a warm off-white ground, so the design feels light, slightly faded and distinctly decorative rather than bold. The care code is Q 8 + T 3, and the fabric is fire coded √BM.

How to use it

Use it for curtains, cushions or a statement chair where the tomato-pink notes can warm a neutral scheme. It works especially well with pale woods, biscuit linens and soft green accents.

A lively botanical on a pale ground, ideal for adding colour without overwhelming a room.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Cristabel Tomato/Green without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
