About this fabric

This Cristabel fabric is woven in a 46% linen, 39% cotton and 15% viscose blend, giving the cloth a lightly textured handle and a crisp, refined appearance. The design has a vertical repeat of approx. 39cm and a width of approx. 130cm, which suits the orderly small-scale trailing motif visible across the surface. In this Colyton Blue colourway, the ground reads as a cool pale grey-blue while the tiny leaf sprigs come through in washed powder blue, creating a calm, understated contrast. The fine stripe in the weave adds definition without overpowering the pattern, so the fabric feels neat and composed rather than busy.

How to use it

Use Colyton Blue on upholstered accent chairs, cushions or tailored curtains where its pale blue ground can keep a room feeling light. It pairs especially well with white painted woodwork, chalky neutrals and weathered oak.
