Atika Charcoal gives the Marika design a deep, cool-grey character, with fine ivory lines tracing a repeating leaf and chevron geometry. The woven surface softens the contrast slightly, allowing the pattern to retain depth rather than appearing stark.

About this fabric

The charcoal ground has a dense, subtly textured appearance, while the light ivory lines define pointed leaf shapes and nested chevrons across the width. At 243gsm with a 138cm usable width, this mid-weight fabric is suitable for both upholstery and drapery. Its 24.2cm vertical repeat and 11.5cm horizontal repeat create a compact, measured rhythm that will read clearly on cushions, chair backs and made-to-measure curtains. The standard 40m length supports larger coordinated projects.

How to use it

Use Atika Charcoal to give a room a cool, architectural foundation: pair it with pale stone, smoked timber and brushed metal, or use it as a patterned accent against plain charcoal upholstery. Its ivory linework also works well with soft off-whites where the contrast can remain graphic without feeling harsh.

A cool charcoal ground and crisp ivory geometry bring structured contrast to upholstery, curtains and cushions.
