About this fabric

At 270 gsm, Hollyhurst Silver has the substance of a versatile mid-weight textile for upholstery or drapery. Large open flowers, curling stems and feathery leaves are picked out in cool grey linework against the silvery ground, giving the design a quiet, illustrated quality rather than a high-contrast effect. The pattern measures 74.8 cm vertically and 46 cm horizontally, so the floral composition will remain clearly visible across a wider upholstered or curtained surface. Its 138 cm usable width and 40 m standard length support considered pattern placement on larger projects.

How to use it

Use Hollyhurst Silver on a slipper chair, headboard or full-length curtain where its pale silver tone can catch the light without overwhelming the room. Pair it with chalky whites, soft grey upholstery and brushed metal accents to reinforce its cool, refined character.

Use the cool silver ground and grey floral linework to bring a softly formal botanical note to upholstery, curtains or loose covers.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
