Hollyhurst Taupe

Marbury FabricCCF0343-02

Hollyhurst Taupe pairs a quiet taupe ground with large ivory flowers, curling leaves and fine botanical stems. The softly lined surface gives the colourway gentle depth rather than a flat, uniform finish.

About this fabric

This 270gsm fabric has a muted taupe ground crossed by subtle horizontal texture, while the ivory floral outlines and filled petals create a crisp but softened contrast. Oversized blossoms sit alongside feathery leaves, smaller sprigs and rounded berry-like details, giving the design a richly layered botanical rhythm. The 74.8cm vertical repeat and 46cm horizontal repeat make the pattern a substantial feature on the finished piece. With a 138cm usable width and a standard 40m length, it offers practical coverage for coordinated upholstery and drapery schemes.

How to use it

Use Hollyhurst Taupe on a statement armchair, headboard or full-length curtains where its warm-grey taupe ground can settle larger ivory floral forms into the room. Pair it with chalky creams, natural timber and softly aged brass for a calm, tailored setting.

A softly textured taupe ground and ivory floral drawing give this large-scale botanical a composed, versatile feel.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Hollyhurst Taupe without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
