About this fabric

The colourway combines deep denim blue with brighter aqua, pale blue and warm ivory, creating a fresh but gently softened contrast. Fine irregularities in the woven surface keep the stripes from appearing completely flat, while the vertical direction gives upholstery a sense of height. At 490 gsm, it has the substantial weight associated with upholstery rather than a delicate drapery cloth. The supplied record lists a 20 m standard length, with a 0 cm usable width and 0 cm pattern repeats; no performance features are noted.

How to use it

Use the cool denim and aqua tones on a buttoned chair, bench or compact sofa, balancing the striped upholstery with ivory walls and pale timber. The deeper blue lines can be picked up in piping or cushions to give the relaxed scheme definition without making it feel nautical.

The substantial 490 gsm weight and softly textured stripe make this a strong choice for upholstered seating and occasional furniture.
