About this fabric

The pattern is printed in a muted blue-grey ink that shifts softly against the warm cream background, giving the colourway more depth than a high-contrast navy and white toile. Repeated trees, small animals and pastoral groupings are arranged across the surface, with a vertical repeat of 32cm and a horizontal repeat of 68.5cm. At 224gsm, the fabric has a versatile mid-weight suitable for both upholstery and drapery. Its usable width is 137cm, with a standard length of 40m.

How to use it

Use Rivington Ink on relaxed upholstery, Roman blinds or full-length curtains where its cool blue-grey drawing can sit against cream walls, warm oak and understated checked or plain textiles.

Pair the muted ink-blue pastoral pattern with warm neutrals, natural timber and softly aged finishes for a quietly traditional scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
