Montage FabricCCF0003-01

Rosebud Sage sets scattered rosebuds and small floral sprigs against a soft, greyed sage-green ground. Blush pink, raspberry, cream and olive-green details give the pattern a gently varied, garden-like appearance.

About this fabric

The cool sage background is light and muted rather than bright, allowing the pink and raspberry roses to provide the strongest colour accents. Small buds, open roses and olive-green leaves are dispersed across the cloth, with generous areas of ground between the motifs. At 224 gsm and 137 cm usable width, this is a versatile mid-weight fabric suited to both upholstery and drapery. The pattern measures 16 cm vertically and 34.3 cm horizontally, while the 40 m standard length supports broader furnishing requirements.

How to use it

Pair Rosebud Sage with warm ivory, chalky cream and weathered wood for a calm country scheme, or use it on a reading chair or relaxed blind where the scattered pink roses can remain clearly visible.

Use the cool, greyed sage ground to soften traditional upholstery, relaxed curtains or smaller floral accent pieces.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Rosebud Sage without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
