About this fabric

This substantial 406gsm fabric is 137cm wide, making it well suited to upholstery applications. Small rounded and irregular painterly marks are dispersed across the cream background, with the strongest magenta and plum shapes creating pockets of depth. The pattern has a 70cm vertical repeat and a 34.3cm horizontal repeat, allowing the clustered design to continue across larger upholstered forms. Its cool pink-violet colouring reads vivid and expressive rather than muted.

How to use it

Use Lugar Magenta on a statement chair, headboard or sofa in a room grounded by warm ivory, pale grey or natural timber. Pair the plum and magenta marks with restrained solid cushions so the dense pattern remains the focal point.
