About this fabric

The finely structured weave creates subtle tonal variation across the ebony ground, preventing the surface from appearing flat while retaining an almost-black overall impression. At 343gsm, it has the visual substance expected of an upholstery fabric, with a 140cm usable width for practical cutting. The design has a 0cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeat, so the understated texture can be positioned freely without matching concerns. A standard length of 30m makes this colourway suitable for coordinated upholstery projects requiring a continuous run.

How to use it

Pair Renzo Ebony with warm timber, aged metal and lighter neutral upholstery to draw out its charcoal depth. It also works well on tailored occasional chairs or sofas where the subtle weave can soften an otherwise graphic black finish.
