About this colour

At #EDE9DD, Winter White reads as a pale warm white with a soft beige undertone, so it lifts a room while still feeling grounded. In north-facing light it can look slightly deeper and more mellow, taking on a calm putty note; in south-facing rooms it feels brighter and airier, with the warmth staying discreet rather than turning yellow. On walls, Active Emulsion will give it a smooth, understated presence, while Waterbased Eggshell suits joinery and trims where you want the same colour with a little more definition. It sits well beside oak, walnut, linen, muted greys and deeper greens, especially where you want the white to soften the contrast.

How to use it
