Pear and Pomegranate Teal/ Papaya

Sanderson One Sixty Fabrics FabricSAF0360-01

Pear and Pomegranate Teal/Papaya is a lively botanical print on a pale ground, with curling pear-green stems, warm papaya fruit and soft yellow accents. The design reads fresh and airy, with painted foliage and birds giving the surface a relaxed country-house feel.

About this fabric

This Sanderson One Sixty Fabrics cloth is supplied with a usable width of 137 cm, a standard length of 60 m, a vertical pattern repeat of 64 cm and a matching horizontal repeat of 137 cm. At 402 gsm, it has the substance to work across both upholstery and drapery applications, while the printed surface still feels light in colour. In this colourway the greens are soft and pear-like rather than deep or jewel-toned, and the papaya/orange fruit brings a warm, sunlit note without overpowering the ground. The overall effect is brighter and gentler than a high-contrast botanical, with the cream base keeping the pattern open and easy to live with.

How to use it

Use it to lift a breakfast room, garden room or guest bedroom where you want a fresh botanical with warmth rather than sharpness. It pairs well with painted woods, aged brass and neutral linens that echo the creamy ground and soft green stems.

Fresh enough for curtains, sturdy enough for upholstery on occasional-use pieces.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Pear and Pomegranate Teal/ Papaya without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
