About this fabric

This Sanderson One Sixty Fabrics textile has a usable width of 137 cm and a substantial yet versatile 170 gsm weight, making it suitable for both upholstery and drapery applications. The print is set out in a large 80 cm vertical repeat and 68 cm horizontal repeat, giving the pastoral birds, branches and floral sprigs room to breathe across the cloth. In this colourway, the blue sits in a cool, powdery register against the warm ivory ground, so the overall effect feels fresh and lightly vintage rather than stark. The weave appears fine and smooth, with the pattern detail staying soft at the edges for an easy, decorative finish.

How to use it

Use this ivory-and-china-blue toile on a smart armchair, window seat or café curtain where the scale can be seen properly. It works especially well with bleached wood, painted trim and pale blue or stone accents.
