Tuscany II Tumeric
Tuscany II Weaves FabricSAF0352-19
Tuscany II Tumeric is a richly textured weave in a warm turmeric gold, with a softly mottled surface that catches the light across the cloth. The close basketlike structure gives the colour a natural, sun-baked depth rather than a flat yellow.

About this fabric
This Sanderson fabric is supplied as a 137.5 cm usable-width cloth on a 40 m roll, with a robust 344 gsm weight and 56 threads per cm. There is no pattern repeat, so the interest comes entirely from the weave itself: a tight, irregular texture with tiny slubs and flecks that break up the turmeric tone. The colour reads as golden mustard with a gentle earthy cast, brighter on the raised yarns and slightly more honeyed in the recesses. Its substantial handle makes it especially well suited to upholstery, where the texture and colour can be appreciated up close.
How to use it
Use this turmeric shade on an accent chair, banquette or cushion to add warmth against oak, walnut or painted timber. It also pairs well with chalky neutrals and muted greens, where its golden tone feels grounded rather than loud.
A warm turmeric weave that brings an easy, sunlit lift to textured upholstery.

Pairs well with
Tuscany II Tumeric is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
