About this fabric

This colourway reads as a cool, dark charcoal grey, approaching black where the fabric gathers into deeper creases. Its fine, even grain remains visible across the flatter areas, adding restrained texture without a visible motif or pattern. Broad folds create subtle shifts between softly lit ridges and shadowed valleys, giving the plain surface quiet depth. No composition, width or rub-test specification has been supplied for this colourway.

How to use it

Use the near-black charcoal tone to give upholstered seating a tailored, grounded presence, particularly alongside pale stone, warm timber or brushed metal. The soft changes in tone across the folds keep the dark shade from looking completely flat.

A near-black charcoal tone with subtle surface depth for tailored, understated upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
