About this fabric

The fabric is built from a small-scale, closely set weave, with fine ivory and warm grey-beige threads creating the softly varied appearance visible across the swatch. Light catches the uneven yarn surface subtly, keeping the oyster colour bright in some areas and gently shaded in others. The restrained texture gives it a smart, natural finish rather than a flat plain appearance. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Arlington Oyster to lighten a room with upholstered seating, or as a calm neutral drapery where its warm beige-grey cast can soften stronger colours and darker timber.

Its softly mottled oyster tone adds quiet texture to tailored upholstery or softly structured window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
