About this fabric

The swatch shows a dark mocha brown with subtle warm and charcoal notes woven through the face, giving the colour gentle depth. A fine, even grid-like texture is visible across the surface, with tiny variations catching the light without creating a pronounced motif. The compact construction reads as a firm, upholstery-suitable cloth, while the restrained finish keeps it looking smart and understated. This is a tonal, plain fabric whose interest comes from the tactile weave and softly varied brown shade.

How to use it

Use Arlington Mocha on a sofa, armchair or dining seat where its deep brown tone can anchor lighter timber, cream upholstery and warm metal accents. Its low-contrast woven texture also works well in a calm, layered scheme without introducing a strong pattern.

The deep mocha tone and compact woven texture bring grounded warmth to upholstered seating and occasional furniture.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
