About this fabric

The colour reads as a cool, nearly black charcoal rather than a flat true black, giving the cloth visible depth across the creases. Its fine woven texture creates a restrained mottled effect, with tiny tonal variations visible across the broad, plain surface. The fabric has enough body to form defined folds while remaining flexible, making it suitable for upholstery or drapery-led applications. No composition, width, rub test or performance features have been supplied for this listing.

How to use it

Use Ciaga Midnight to bring quiet depth to a contemporary sofa, occasional chair or tailored curtain, pairing its cool charcoal tone with pale stone, warm timber and brushed metal. Its subtly varied surface will soften an otherwise stark black-and-grey scheme.

A deep charcoal tone with a subtly mottled woven surface, suited to upholstery and softly structured drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
