Glossy Amber
Glossy Fabric
Glossy Amber is a richly warm amber-brown textile with a smooth, unpatterned face. Its glossy surface shifts from glowing caramel highlights to deeper bronze-brown shadows as the fabric folds.

About this fabric
The plain surface is visually smooth, with no visible motif interrupting its saturated amber tone. Light travels strongly across the draped folds, creating bright golden edges alongside darker brown recesses and giving the colour a deep, polished character. The fabric’s fluid-looking fall makes it suitable for both softly gathered treatments and upholstered forms where its reflective finish can remain visible.
How to use it
Pair Glossy Amber with deep walnut, warm stone and aged brass to emphasise its caramel warmth. Use it on a statement chair or full-length drapery where changing light can pick out the glossy folds.
Use its warm amber-brown sheen to bring depth to upholstery, cushions or softly draped window treatments.

Pairs well with
Glossy Amber is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
