About this fabric

The fabric has a restrained plain weave, with tiny interlaced threads creating an even, lightly textured face rather than a visible motif. Its slate tone sits on the cooler side of grey, deepening where the cloth folds and easing to a softer grey across the flatter areas. The close-up also shows a flexible, fluid drape that gives the surface gentle tonal movement. No performance features are noted for this SKU.

How to use it

Use Loomspun Slate to bring a calm, architectural grey to a contemporary sofa, occasional chair or relaxed curtain. Pair its cool charcoal depth with pale stone, chalk white and brushed metal for a clean, quietly tailored scheme.

A cool slate-grey woven texture with a quiet, tailored character for upholstery or softly structured window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
