About this fabric

The close-up shows a finely woven cloth with tiny, closely spaced threads running across the surface. Its oyster tone sits between soft grey and warm off-white, giving the colourway a restrained warmth rather than a stark silver appearance. Deep folds reveal a slightly darker grey underside while raised areas catch the light with a quiet, powdery softness. The fluid way the fabric gathers makes this colourway especially suited to relaxed drapery.

How to use it

Use Lysander Oyster for full-length curtains in a pale, tonal room where its warm grey-beige cast can soften white walls and balance darker timber or stone. Its gentle shading also works well as a simple Roman blind or loose voile-style treatment.

A softly textured oyster shade with an easy drape for calm, light-filled window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
