Lyla Pastel

Lyla Fabric

Lyla Pastel has a pale taupe ground with loosely scattered floral clusters, giving the design a calm, washed pastel character. Sage-green foliage and blush-pink flower centres add gentle colour without overpowering the cloth.

About this fabric

The fabric shows a fine, even woven texture that remains visible beneath the floral design, while the relaxed folds suggest a light, fluid handle suited to drapery. Each cluster combines cream daisy-like petals, dusty pink centres and muted sage leaves, creating a softly botanical arrangement rather than a dense repeat. The warm taupe background gives the colourway more depth than a plain cream, but its low-contrast palette keeps the overall impression airy. In the gathered areas, the fabric catches light along the ridges and settles into softly shaded folds.

How to use it

Pair Lyla Pastel with warm off-whites, pale timber and muted sage accents for an easy country-inspired scheme. Its pastel taupe ground also works well with blush textiles where a room needs a subtle floral note rather than a strong feature colour.

Use this softly coloured floral for relaxed curtains, Roman blinds or gentle gathered treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
