About this fabric

The close view shows a plain, fine woven texture rather than a printed motif, with a soft surface that responds gently to the changing direction of the folds. Its cool grey tone has a muted, mineral quality, while the darker creases add depth without making the colour feel heavy. The fabric’s fluid fall is particularly evident across the sweeping diagonal folds, making it visually well suited to drapery. No composition, width or rub-test data is supplied, and no performance features are noted for this colourway.

How to use it

Use Manhattan Storm for full-length curtains or relaxed Roman blinds where its cool grey tone can soften a room without adding pattern. Pair it with chalky whites, pale timber and charcoal accents to echo the light-to-dark variation visible in its folds.

A cool storm-grey cloth with a fine visible weave and fluid folds, suited to softly gathered curtains and understated window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
