About this fabric

The image shows a smooth, fine weave rather than a pronounced pattern, with a lightly reflective surface that catches the light along each fold. Its cool ash-grey tone stays soft and restrained, becoming deeper where the cloth gathers and brighter across the open areas. The fabric falls fluidly in the photograph, making it best suited to drapery rather than heavy upholstery. No composition, width, rub test or performance feature has been supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Melody Ash for full-length curtains in a cool neutral room, pairing its pale grey tone with white, stone or charcoal accents. Its fluid handle will read especially well in generous, softly gathered headings.

Use this pale ash-grey cloth for softly gathered curtains or relaxed window treatments where its fluid folds can be appreciated.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
