About this fabric
The surface is a small-scale, tightly woven textile with no visible motif, allowing the nuanced fennel tone to lead. In the folds, the olive-brown colour shifts between softly lit khaki warmth and deeper earthy shadows, giving the cloth quiet depth. The fabric falls with a fluid handle while retaining enough visual substance for upholstery or drapery. No performance features are noted for this fabric.
How to use it
Use Oxford Fennel to add a grounded, botanical warmth to a room: it works across relaxed seating, cushions or full-length curtains where its muted olive-brown tone can sit alongside natural timber, stone and warm neutrals.
The earthy fennel tone and fine woven surface bring understated warmth to upholstery, curtains and other soft furnishings.

Pairs well with
Oxford Fennel is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
