About this fabric

This Warwick fabric is coloured in a restrained celadon that sits between soft sage green and warm grey, giving the surface a subtly weathered depth. A closely set, fine weave is visible across the face, creating delicate texture rather than a pronounced motif. In the swatch image, the material gathers easily into narrow folds, with the changing light picking out slightly lighter ridges and deeper shaded troughs. Its fluid appearance makes it particularly suited to drapery and soft window treatments.

How to use it

Use Playa Celadon for full-length curtains in a room with chalky whites, pale timber and brushed metal, allowing its cool grey-green tone to soften the scheme. The fine texture also works well as relaxed Roman blinds or lightly gathered panels.

Use this cool celadon shade for softly gathered curtains where its fine weave and fluid folds can be appreciated.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
