About this fabric

The fabric’s substantial woven face is built from tightly packed horizontal and gently undulating lines, with raised ridges and soft folds clearly visible in the swatch. Its dark plum and brown ground gives the colourway a warm, grounded depth, while rust, coral, blue and pale cream threads add flickers of contrast. The small-scale marks combine into a medium-scale organic movement rather than a sharply defined motif. The supplied catalogue records no performance features for this fabric.

How to use it

Pair Ripple Neopolitan with warm timber, aged brass and softened neutral upholstery to balance its dark plum-brown base. Its rust and muted blue accents can also be picked out in cushions or painted joinery.

Use this richly layered plum, rust and blue colourway to bring depth to an upholstered chair, bench or occasional sofa.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
