Ultra Fabric

Ultra Tan is a deep, warm tan with a distinctly terracotta cast. The close-up image shows an uninterrupted plain surface with a restrained, fine texture rather than a visible motif.

About this fabric

This colourway reads as burnt tan-brown, with an earthy orange warmth that gives the shade more depth than a pale neutral tan. Its even face is completely unpatterned, while the subtle surface texture prevents the solid colour from appearing flat. The low-key finish feels relaxed and grounded, particularly where soft light moves across the brown-orange tone. With no performance or composition specification supplied, the fabric is presented here according to its visible plain weave and apparent versatile mid-weight character.

How to use it

Pair Ultra Tan with chalky creams, tobacco leather and dark timber for a warm, collected room. Its rich terracotta-brown undertone also works as a grounding plain on a relaxed sofa, occasional chair or full-length curtain.

Use this warm burnt-tan plain cloth to bring grounded colour and understated texture to upholstery or window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
