03 Aluminium

Madeira Fabric03

Madeira 03 Aluminium is a cool, mid-grey textile with a fractured geometric design that resembles irregular panels and fine intersecting seams. Its layered surface shifts gently between lighter silver-grey lines and deeper graphite-grey sections.

About this fabric

The aluminium colourway has a restrained, contemporary character, with a cool grey ground rather than a warm or beige undertone. Angular outlines break the surface into uneven geometric fragments, while the closely textured vertical grain gives each section subtle tonal variation. Small glints of lighter grey catch across parts of the pattern, adding depth without making the design bright or high-contrast. The dense-looking surface and clearly defined motif make it particularly suited to structured upholstery where the graphic pattern can be appreciated across a larger form.

How to use it

Pair this cool aluminium grey with charcoal, blackened metal and pale timber for a crisp modern scheme, or soften it with chalky grey upholstery and blue-grey accessories. The fractured pattern works especially well on a statement armchair, sofa or upholstered headboard.

Use this cool aluminium grey to bring graphic structure and understated depth to contemporary upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
