About this fabric

The swatch has a fine, closely woven surface with delicate horizontal texture and a mild, diffused sheen that shifts gently across the folded cloth. White Clay reads as a warm off-white, with the lower fold appearing slightly greyer and more shaded than the softly lit upper area. At 280 gsm and 140 cm wide, this is a versatile mid-weight textile suitable for both upholstery and drapery. The supplied construction of 130 threads per cm and zero pattern repeat confirms a clean, continuous plain ground without a directional motif.

How to use it

Use White Clay to brighten a tailored armchair, headboard or full-length curtain while retaining a warmer, softer feel than pure white. Pair it with limestone, pale oak and muted taupe, or use the subtle tonal variation of the weave against deeper clay and grey accents.
