About this fabric

This Zoffany Luxury Plains fabric has a 140 cm usable width and weighs 280 gsm, giving the cloth a versatile mid-weight presence for upholstery or drapery. The image shows a muted blue-grey shade that shifts from pale, silvery blue on the raised fold to a deeper slate blue in shadow. Its fine, closely set surface is recorded at 130 threads per centimetre, while the supplied vertical and horizontal pattern repeats are both 0 cm, consistent with the plain appearance visible here. The restrained sheen adds definition without making the colour feel bright or saturated.

How to use it

Use this cool Wedgwood blue-grey on a reading chair, bench or relaxed curtain scheme where its silvery lift can sit against warm timber, ivory or softly aged neutrals. In lower light, the deeper slate shading in the folds gives the plain cloth useful depth.
