About this fabric

The foreground of the swatch shows a compact, tactile weave with fine light and dark flecks, while the folded area behind has a quieter, clouded appearance. This 640 gsm fabric has a substantial handle suited to upholstery, rather than a lightweight drapery finish. With a usable width of 140 cm and 49 threads per cm, it offers a closely constructed surface without a visible pattern repeat. The cobblestone colouring remains muted and warmly grey, giving the plain cloth more depth than a flat neutral.

How to use it

Use this warm stone-taupe on a sofa, armchair or dining seat where its dense weave can provide a grounded, tailored finish. Combine it with chalky walls, dark timber or muted olive and rust accents to draw out the fabric’s subtle tonal flecking.
